Our Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our products, and will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective products for a refund within 60 days of the original ship date. Products that have been personalized through embroidery, screen-printing, laser-etching, hemming, alterations, or other processes cannot be returned. Returns must include all packaging from the original shipment, and return freight charges will be deducted from your refund amount. See the Return Form for freight charge amounts. Our standard procedure is to process returns within 7 business days of receipt to warehouse.

How It Works

Returns can be made by following three simple steps:
1.Fill out the Return Form included in your original shipment and include it in your return shipment
2.Attach the FedEx return label included in your original shipment to your package
3.Drop off your package at any FedEx, FedEx Office, or Kinkos location, or give it to any FedEx driver
